"Top Corner is committed to community involvement wherever we run our leagues. We typically identify a local group with the experience and commitment to deliver real benefits, and provide them with financial assistance. We don't ask for handouts or grants: as a social enterprise our commercial activities directly fund what we do. We want to do whatever we can to help children enjoy sport in London."

Below is a list of our current schemes. Most of them are entirely funded by Top Corner, meaning that they
are secure so long as our leagues continue to be successful!
Camden & Regent's Park youth league
Unbelievably, this is the only grass football league for children in London. A £2,500 donation funded the end of season tournament, kits for four teams and a day trip for one. |
All Stars boxing club
The famous sporting club run by the inspirational Isola Akay received £5,000 from a charity event we ran, including a £1,000 donation from Top Corner.
London Tigers charity
One of the most impressive sports organisations in London. In 2008 Top Corner established its innovative social enterprise leagues, which will raise £10,000 per year. |
Paradise Park coaching scheme
This park in the Highbury area has an excellent six-a-side pitch, but local children didn't have much organised activity. Now, our coaches offer free sessions three nights a week. |
Westminster youth leagues
A donation of £7,500 over two years (2008, 2009) supports a new youth football league, run by the Westminster Sports Unit. |
Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Park coaching schemes
Top Corner’s football and netball leagues at Waterloo will fund two coaching schemes run by The Hub and Notre Dame school from 2009. |
Colombo Centre charity
Top Corner organises three annual one-day football and netball competitions to support the centre, a registered charity. |
Haverstock School girls' football team
Top Corner, along with Kajima Community and Sportsmatch donated a much-needed £3,000 to boost after-school sports provision for girls.
