Top Corner, London's leading team sports provider, has an exciting opportunity in its London office for an Operations Manager.

The Operations Manager will report directly to the company directors and will have full day to day responsibility for managing Top Corner's core business operation in London which employs eight people.. You must have at least three years' relevant experience in a role that involved operational responsibility and managing people. You must be passionate about sport, have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy a busy team orientated environment.

Our business is based on football and netball, and so experience in either or both of those sports is an advantage. We are particularly keen to hear from players of other team sports - for example volleyball, futsal, cricket, rugby and hockey.

Our office is based in Caledonian Road, just 3 minutes' walk from the tube station (Piccadilly Line).

MAIN DUTIES

  • Managing budget
  • Managing League Managers and other office staff
  • Reporting regularly to Directors
  • Oversight of London office

You will have:

  • strong management experience
  • excellent written and oral communications skills
  • the ability to work responsibly on your own initiative with an awareness of company values and objectives
